I need more than just a cheesy love story to keep me hooked. Give me some complexity, some nuance... something, anything that makes me feel like the characters are actually human beings

i mean, who doesn't love a good laugh and some feel-good vibes? trying sounds super relatable, you know? adoption struggles are real, but it's also beautiful to see couples supporting each other through that journey 
bluey is adorable, though - who wouldn't want to watch their parents be so cute all the time 
and emily in paris looks like a total guilty pleasure 
i can already imagine myself getting lost in those parisian streets with emily 
I mean, who wouldn't want to see a couple trying (lol) to adopt kids? 
I love how Chilli and Bandit balance work and parenting life, reminds me of when my friends' parents have to juggle multiple schedules 
. But honestly, Emily in Paris feels kinda unrealistic for me, like, who moves across the world for love? 
. Trying looks like it'll be some sappy adopt-me-now drama, Bluey's just a cute animated show that's probably only good for 5-year-olds

i feel like the show did a good job showing the ups and downs of the process, but sometimes felt kinda unrealistic
