I feel kinda let down when I see companies trying to make themselves sound super eco-friendly but it's all just marketing speak
. I get that sustainability is important to consumers, 60% of people are looking for that in a product! But it's hard to trust the claims when there's no standard way for brands to explain their ingredients or packaging materials

It would be so helpful if there were some kind of certification system that all companies had to follow. Like, B Corp accreditation sounds like a good starting point
. And yeah, governments should definitely get involved too - I mean, it's hard to make real change without some actual rules in place

I've seen some brands doing okay with their sustainability efforts, but others are still using single-use plastics and stuff like that... it's just not fair to consumers who care about the planet
