I have a sweating problem': What Alan Carr's Traitors admission tells us about how social taboos changed

I think its kinda wild that people are embracing sweat now 🤯... like, I get it, climate change is real and all, but can't we just focus on staying hydrated instead? 😂 I have a friend who's always drenched in sweat during workouts and they're like, "Hey, this is normal" 💪. But for people with conditions like hyperhidrosis, its not so fun 🤕... Remi Bader might be onto something with the "Sweaty Hot Girl" vibe, but what about those who are literally too sweaty? 😩 Maybe we should just aim for a middle ground where sweat is normal, but not the only thing that defines you 💁‍♀️

🤔 I'm not buying into this "sweating is natural and healthy" hype just yet. While I get what Remi Bader is saying about ditching shame around sweat, it's one thing to promote body positivity but another to ignore the real struggles people like Melissa face with hyperhidrosis. 💉 I mean, have we even considered how climate change will affect people like her who are already dealing with excessive sweating? 🌡️ It's not just about adapting to higher temperatures, it's about finding solutions that work for everyone. 💡
