Sign up for the Detox Your Kitchen newsletter on avoiding potentially harmful chemicals in your food

just heard about this detox course for our kitchens 🤯 it's crazy to think about all the hidden dangers we're exposing ourselves to with our daily cooking habits, especially when it comes to non-stick pans and pesticides on organic produce 🌿💦 the good news is that it's not as hard as we think to make some simple changes and start cleaning up our act 🎉👍 #DetoxKitchen #HealthyEating #KitchenSafety #GoGreen

I've seen this type of thing come around before 🤔. I remember when my wife was pregnant with our kids, we got super into cooking organic and avoiding all sorts of stuff we thought was bad for us. But honestly, it's just common sense now - like, who hasn't heard of PFAS by now? 😂. It's good that Consumer Reports is doing this course, but I think a lot of people already know what to do to avoid these chemicals. Maybe more valuable would be courses on how to get rid of them once they're in your kitchen 🤷‍♀️.

Ugh I'm so done with people who still use non-stick pans 🙄 like have you even heard of PFOA? It's been linked to cancer and thyroid issues, and yet some ppl are still using those toxic pans like it's no big deal 🤯 And now they're trying to "detox" us by telling us to switch to organic produce and non-stick alternatives?! It's like, we get it, chemicals are bad, but come on, how hard is it to cook a meal without killing yourself in the process? 🍲 I'm so over this detox culture, let's just make some real changes already 💪
