I don’t usually comment but I'm kinda curious about what's gonna happen next in Madagascar . The power shortages and water scarcity situation was getting outta hand, so it's like they had no choice but to make a change . But now that Colonel Randrianirina is in charge, I'm not sure if he's got the right plan to fix things... yet . I mean, he's got a lot on his plate with the whole country watching him .
