Trump is battling the ravages of Time – in more ways than one | Dave Schilling

The perils of aging: for Donald Trump, it's not just the wrinkles on his face or the grey around his temples that are getting him down – it's the thinning strands on top. The former president has long been known for his ego and self-absorption, but now he's taking aim at Time magazine for the way they've presented him.

In a recent outburst on his Truth Social platform, Trump took issue with the cover photo of himself on the magazine's latest tribute to his peace-broker efforts in Gaza. The shot was taken from underneath, showcasing Trump's receding hairline and what he described as an "obscene neck crease". The headline, however, positioned him as a triumphant figure – much to Trump's dismay.

The irony, of course, is not lost on those who know Trump well. A man who has built his brand around being larger-than-life, with a hairdo that defies gravity and good taste, is now getting worked up about the way he looks in a photo.

But let's be real: for most of us, this is where life gets tough. As we age, our hairline creeps back, our skin loses its elasticity, and our energy levels plummet. It's not just about vanity; it's about living with the physical realities of time.

So what can you do when your locks start to thin? The options are endless – from transplants to Rogaine to Krylon-hair sprays (just don't try that last one at home, folks). There are even pills like Nutrafol, which promise painless hair regrowth from within. Sounds too good to be true?

Well, it's not entirely a scam. The ingredients might sound like something out of a 1980s synth band's song catalog – horsetail, kelp, and tocotrienol complex – but they're allegedly designed to stimulate blood flow and promote hair growth.

But let's get real: this is all about the money, folks. As Trump himself proved with his numerous product endorsements over the years, a balding man can make some serious cash off of thinning hair products. And if he's endorsing Nutrafol on his Truth Social platform? That's just good business sense.

So here's to the next generation of balding billionaires – may they find solace in the existential dread of their receding hairlines, and may they profit from it too. After all, as Trump would say, "That's what winners do."

the irony is real when someone built a brand around being over-the-top and now gets upset about a few grey hairs 😂. newsflash don't look in the mirror every 5 mins to get worked up about it 🙄. i mean come on, his whole brand was about being the "best" and now he's whining about a photo? that's just sad

and yeah, let's talk about aging, because for most of us, life gets tough not just about vanity 🤣. have you seen ppl over 40 try to get a good selfie out? it's all about finding the right filter or lighting 📸. and don't even get me started on the products they're shoveling down our throats 🤑.

i mean, nutrafol sounds like some sketchy supplement from the 80s but hey if it works 🤞. but let's be real, trump is just trying to cash in on his balding face 😂. and honestly, it's kinda genius?

lol i feel so much for this guy... like seriously though, 70s are coming for us all 🤣 he needs to just own it or get a fresh cut lol. but for real tho, who hasn't struggled with thinning hair at some point? i swear its super frustrating. anywayz, nutrafol sounds legit but also kinda shady, idk about those ingredients tho 🤔 maybe hes onto something tho... and omg the krylon-hair-spray comment had me dead 😂👀

I'm not buying into this whole "Time magazine is out to get me" vibe 🙄. I mean, come on, a balding ex-president getting salty about a magazine cover? That's just rich (pun intended). And let's talk about the real issue here: Trump's ego has been on life support for years and now he's finding new ways to inflate himself 💁‍♂️.

But seriously, have you seen those pills called Nutrafol? 🤔 They're like a 1980s time capsule. I'm all for giving something a shot if it might help with hair growth, but let's not get ahead of ourselves here. It sounds too good (or bad) to be true 💸.

And can we talk about the irony of Trump making a fortune off of balding men? 😂 That's some meta stuff right there. But hey, at least he's staying relevant, even if it is through his receding hairline 🤷‍♂️.

I guess aging is just part of life now 🤷‍♂️... like, everyone's gonna lose some hair eventually 🌪️... and yeah, it's kinda funny to see Trump getting all worked up about it 🤣... I mean, he did build a brand around being bold and stuff, so maybe this is just him embracing his new "winner" status 😂... but for real though, the pills might actually work 🌱... who knows, might be worth checking out? 💡

I'm with Trump on this one 😂👊. Who cares about his hairline when he's made so many bad deals and tweeted his way through the presidency? If Time magazine wants to take a swipe at him for being old, that's their problem, not his. And let's be real, his "ego" is what got him where he is today, so maybe it's time for him to stop playing the victim and just own his balding self 🤣💁‍♂️

omg I feel like trump is just trolling us at this point 🤣 his ego is literally impossible to contain... but on a real note can we talk about how messed up our societal values are when it comes to aging and vanity? like, we're so quick to shame people for their wrinkles or gray hair, but then we turn around and buy into these expensive products that promise to regrow your hair 🤑 its all just a big money grab...

omg can u believe trump is getting worked up about his thinning hair 🤣 like dude ur ego was already a major issue and now its about vanity? he needs to chill 😂 but for real though aging sucks we all know how it feels to deal with the physical stuff – my own grandma had that crazy neck crease from years of smiling in pics 🤪 i mean its not just about looks either, its about how u feel about urself when u look in the mirror. anyway back to trump lol nutrafol or what? 🤑 i heard it sounds like a total scam but i guess its all about the benjamins 💸

lol @ trump getting worked up over his hair 🤣👴 he built an empire on being extra and now he can't handle a little bit of age 😂 it's like when you're 25 and you still have acne – you're all about the self-care products, but then you hit 30 and suddenly all that nonsense is useless 🙄 anyway, i think it's cool that people are talking about hair loss and finding solutions – maybe we can learn a thing or two from trump on how to make money off of our own insecurities 💸👀

lol i feel like trump is having a major identity crisis lol his ego can't handle the reality of getting older 🤣 and newsflash, guys: thinning hair on your head and neck crease don't define you 💇‍♂️ it's all about owning your age and rocking those grey temples 💁‍♂️

Ugh, can you believe this guy? He's getting worked up over a magazine cover photo?! Like, get over yourself Donald 🙄. It's not like the magazine is trying to make fun of him or anything (although, let's be real, that last sentence does sound kinda mean). Anyway, I feel for the dude, aging ain't easy and all that. But come on, take some Rogaine, it's not rocket science 💇‍♂️. And yeah, Nutrafol sounds like a total scam, but hey, if it works, who cares? Just don't expect me to start buying into it just 'cause Trump is peddling it 😂.

Can you believe how sensitive Donald is taking his thinning hair? Like, he's built an empire on being a big deal, but now he's getting upset about a photo? It's kinda funny, actually 😂. But seriously, as we all get older, our bodies start to betray us in weird ways. Thinning hair is just one of those things that happens – it's not the end of the world! There are so many solutions out there now, from transplants to these crazy hair sprays 🤣. And hey, if Nutrafol works for him (and let's be real, probably will), more power to him 💁‍♂️. We should all take a page out of his book and make some cash off our own insecurities – it's the American way!

the guy's still whining about his hairline after all these years 🤣 but let's be real, most people are worried about something way more important than their thinning locks... like the rising cost of living and how they're gonna afford their meds 💸 or the fact that climate change is getting worse by the day ☀️

lol @ trump getting upset about a magazine cover 🤣 he built his whole brand on being extra, now he's mad about a photo 📸 anyway, i think the thing that's wild is how we're conditioned to see aging as some kind of failure 🤦‍♂️ newsflash: our bodies change, it's natural. what's not natural is how quickly we start judging others for it 💁‍♀️ and making money off of products that promise to "cure" it 💸 like, what's the real goal here?

omg did u see trumps latest rant about time mag?? 🤣 he's literally getting mad about his thinning hair on the cover lololol meanwhile ppl r over here like "same tbh" 😂 and its so true how our hairline creeps back & our energy levels plummet as we age 🤯 but seriously tho did u know ur can try stuff like Rogaine or transplants to regrow ur hair? 📚 and theres even pills like Nutrafol that promise 2 stimulate blood flow & promote growth 🤔

I don't usually comment but I think its kinda sad that he's getting worked up about his hairline 🤷‍♂️. Like, we've all been there at some point or another – trying to come to terms with the fact that our youthful glow is starting to fade. But for Trump, it seems like his ego is still in overdrive 😒. I mean, can't he just own up to getting older and rocking a distinguished look instead of trying to hide behind hair products? 💇‍♂️ At the end of the day, it's all about perspective – if we can find the humor in it, maybe we'll come out on top 🤣. And who knows, maybe Nutrafol will be the magic solution for a bunch of balding billionaires like Trump 😉

🙄 I mean, come on! The guy's getting worked up about his hairline now? Back in my day, we used to worry about something called "hair loss" and not Instagram selfies. It's just the circle of life, right? 😂 And don't even get me started on those "painless" pills... please, I've been taking meds for years that don't work near as well as a good ol' fashioned comb-over! 💇‍♂️ At least he's making money off it, but seriously, who needs all that stress? 😩

I mean, can you blame him? I guess it's just a sign that he's still got an ego to match his hairline. But let's talk about the bigger picture here – the way we present ourselves in public is super political. Like, Time magazine's gotta decide what kind of image they wanna project with their covers and headlines. It's not all about Trump's feelings 😒. We should be critiquing the media landscape as a whole, you know? How do they choose who gets featured and why? Is it based on fact or just who's got the most influence? 🤔 It's a classic case of who controls the narrative. And let's not forget, Trump's been using his platform to shape public opinion for years now...

🤣 so trump is complaining about his hairline? like, come on dude you built your whole brand around being a giant ego with a ridiculous haircut how did we not see this coming 💇‍♂️? and now he's getting all worked up about Time magazine showing him in a photo? it's kinda sweet that he thinks the headline is trying to hide his receding hairline lol. but for real though, let's talk about the money - if trump is gonna endorse some pill for hair growth, at least make sure its legit 🤑

💁‍♂️ Aging is just part of life, and if you're not gonna hate on Time mag for the pics, then why get worked up about your own hairline? 🤣 At least he's trying to cash in on it, right? 💸
