The Los Angeles Dodgers have one victory away from returning to the World Series after dominating the Milwaukee Brewers 3-1 in Game 3 of the National League Championship Series. The Dodgers now hold a commanding 3-0 lead in the best-of-seven series, with Game 4 scheduled for Friday.

Tyler Glasnow delivered an impressive performance on the mound, racking up eight strikeouts against just three hits over five and two-thirds innings. His impressive showing marked his third postseason appearance without allowing a run, as he has been instrumental in the Dodgers' dominant start to the NLCS.

In the sixth inning, Tommy Edman's go-ahead RBI single sparked a crucial burst of offense for the Dodgers. The game-changing hit came with runners on first and second base, scoring Will Smith, who had reached base on an earlier single, and securing the lead for Los Angeles.

Mookie Betts was also instrumental in setting up this decisive inning, hitting an RBI double in the first inning to give the Dodgers a 1-0 lead. The veteran outfielder has been playing key role throughout the series, with Roki Sasaki providing crucial relief on the mound in the final frame.

On the other hand, Jacob Misiorowski was left stranded by his own team's offense after striking out nine Brewers batters over five innings of relief. Despite his impressive performance, Milwaukee's inability to capitalize on scoring opportunities allowed the Dodgers to seize control of the series.

For their part, the Brewers had one official at-bat with a runner in scoring position through the first two games but managed just 1-for-7 in Game 3. With injuries piling up for the team, including Jackson Chourio's departure during an at-bat in the seventh inning, it remains to be seen whether Milwaukee can recover and mount a comeback against the Dodgers' relentless offense.

With the series all but wrapped up, the Dodgers will now aim to capture their World Series return when they host Game 4 on Friday.

I'M SO PUMPED UP FOR THE DODGERS TO WIN THEIR NEXT GAME!!! THEY'RE LOOKING SO STRONG RIGHT NOW AND TYLER GLASNOW IS ON FIRE!!! HIS POSTSEASON PERFORMANCES ARE GETTING BETTER AND BETTER BY THE GAME AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER FOR THEM!!! MOOKIE BETTS IS PLAYING KEY ROLE IN THIS SERIES AND I LOVE IT!!! THE BREWERS JUST CAN'T SEEM TO CAPITALIZE ON THEIR SCORING OPPORTUNITIES AND THAT'S REALLY PUTTING THEM AT A DISADVANTAGE!!!! I'VE GOT MY FINGERS CROSSED FOR GAME 4 ON FRIDAY AND I KNOW THE DODGERS ARE GOING TO BRING IT HOME!!! πŸŽ‰

πŸ€” so I think what's really interesting here is how the Brewers just got completely outmaneuvered by the Dodgers' strategy... like, their inability to capitalize on scoring opportunities ended up costing them big time. And with all these injuries piling up, it's gonna be tough for them to mount a comeback now. πŸ€•

I mean, Tyler Glasnow was on fire! 8 Ks in just 5.2 innings is insane. And that go-ahead single by Tommy Edman in the sixth inning really sealed the deal for the Dodgers. πŸ’ͺ Mookie Betts has been playing clutch ball all series too.

But what's also worth noting is how Milwaukee's bullpen struggled, with Jacob Misiorowski striking out 9 but ultimately not getting the W. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ It's clear that the Brewers need to step up their game if they wanna even make it a competitive series.

Anyway, it's looking like the Dodgers are gonna sweep this thing and return to the World Series! πŸŽ‰ They'll host Game 4 on Friday and I'm expecting another dominating performance from them. πŸ’₯

omg i cant even believe its going to be game 4!! the dodgers are on fire right now!!! Tyler Glasnow is a total beast on the mound and mookie betts is crushing it with his rbi double in the first inning 🀯πŸ”₯ i know milwaukee has some talented players but they just can't seem to capitalize on scoring opportunities πŸ’” jacob misiorowski was so close though with 9 strikeouts in relief 😩 we'll see if they can recover from this game and make it a series for their money ⏰

OMG u guys this is like, soooo exciting 🀩! The Dodgers are on fire πŸ”₯ and I'm literally hyped for them to win the whole thing πŸ’₯! Tyler Glasnow's performance was straight fire πŸ”΄πŸ”ͺ and Tommy Edman's go-ahead single in the 6th was everything 😍. Mookie Betts is just clutch as ever πŸ™Œ and Roki Sasaki on the mound? FORGET ABOUT IT πŸ’―! The Brewers are getting destroyed πŸ’€ and I'm low-key worried they won't be able to recover from all those injuries πŸ€•. Game 4 is gonna be a breeze for the Dodgers, can't wait to see them take it all πŸŽ‰πŸ‘!

I'm low-key skeptical about this whole "Dodgers are gonna sweep" hype πŸ€”. Don't get me wrong, they're playing great, but the Brewers still have some fight left in 'em πŸ’ͺ. I mean, Milwaukee's injuries aren't ideal, but they've got some talent on that team too...like, what if Jacob Misiorowski finds his groove? 😏 And let's not forget, Roki Sasaki is always a wild card 🀯. The Dodgers are gonna have to stay focused and bring their A-game in Game 4 or else...not saying they won't win, but I'm not counting them out just yet πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ. Can we get some underdog vibes for Game 4? πŸ’₯

Man, I'm telling you, people gotta chill out about the Brewers' situation πŸ™…β€β™‚οΈ... like, injuries happen to anyone, right? And Tyler Glasnow is a total beast on the mound 😲! I mean, 8 K's against just 3 hits? That's insane. The Dodgers are definitely the stronger team in this series, but it's cool to see Milwaukee giving it their all πŸ’ͺ... and can you blame them for wanting to make a comeback? πŸ€” Still, gotta give props to Mookie Betts for that clutch RBI double ⚾️... he's been on fire throughout the playoffs!

Man I'm so stoked for the Dodgers right now 🀩! They're playing some amazing baseball and it's clear why they're dominating the Brewers. Tyler Glasnow was straight fire on the mound, no way he should be allowing just three hits. And that go-ahead RBI single by Tommy Edman in the sixth inning? Perfect timing, that guy is a clutch hitter.

I'm also loving how Mookie Betts has been setting up those big plays throughout the series, his double in the first inning was huge and it's awesome to see him playing at this level. The Brewers on the other hand, they just can't seem to catch a break with all their injuries and stuff... it's tough seeing them struggle like that πŸ€•. Game 4 is gonna be lit, can't wait to watch!

The Brewers are just so done for this series πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ. I mean, eight K's from Tyler Glasnow is insane πŸ’₯! And that Edman single was clutch as always πŸ”₯. It's clear the Dodgers have their game face on and they're not letting up. Mookie Betts is living his best life out there too 😎. The Brewers just can't seem to capitalize on scoring opportunities, it's like they're stuck in a rut 🚧. They gotta get healthy ASAP or they'll be going home without another win πŸ€•

I'm SO hyped for Game 4!!! 🀩 The Dodgers are playing sooo good right now! Tyler Glasnow is on FIRE πŸ”₯, and Mookie Betts is doing his thing out there too! 🌟 I've got a bad feeling about the Brewers though... they just can't seem to get anything going. What's up with all those injuries?! πŸ€• It's like they're getting picked apart by the Dodgers' offense. Can they mount a comeback or are we gonna see the Dodgers bring home that World Series title?! ⚾️

The Brewers got smashed πŸ€―πŸ†. I don't know what's going on with that team, they just can't seem to get anything going. Their offense is like a broken diagram πŸ˜’. They had some good looks at the Dodgers' pitching but couldn't convert.

Tyler Glasnow is like a superhero πŸ¦Έβ€β™‚οΈ on the mound! Eight strikeouts in five and two-thirds innings? That's insane πŸ’₯. And Mookie Betts, dude's been setting up those key hits all series πŸ‘.

I'm thinking the Dodgers are gonna take it easy in Game 4 😴. They don't need to rush anything. The Brewers just gotta try harder ⚑️.

I'm soooo not impressed with the Dodgers right now πŸ€”. Like, I know they're on a roll and all that jazz, but it's just too easy for them. Where's the challenge? The Brewers are getting absolutely destroyed out there πŸ’₯. And don't even get me started on Tyler Glasnow – yeah, he was great, but so were some other teams in the postseason last year... πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ.

And what's up with Mookie Betts being the star of the show again? Like, can't anyone else contribute to the team? It feels like he's carrying them on his back πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈ. And I'm not even gonna mention Roki Sasaki – yeah, he was solid, but you don't need a guy on the mound who's basically just doing the bare minimum for the team to win πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ.

And those Brewers are getting crushed because of injuries, yeah, that's always a great excuse πŸ™„. Can't even prepare for the game without your star players? It's like, where's their team spirit or whatever πŸ˜’. I'm just saying, it's not looking good for Milwaukee right now...

OMG i cant beleive its goin down like this!! the dodgers are lookin like almost untouchable right now!!! Glasnow's performance was insane!!! 8 strikeouts no runs ?? that guy is a beast!! and edmans go-ahead single in the sixth was clutch as heck it gave the dodgers the lead and they never looked back!! meanwhile the brewers just cant seem to get anything going its like they ran out of gas after 5 innings of relief for misiorowski lol i mean we all know injuries can be tough but this is a whole different level!! anyway, game 4 is goin to be SO intense!!

πŸ€£πŸ‘Š [A GIF of Sandy Bullwinkle trying to catch a baseball while flailing his arms wildly, with the caption "Dodgers just got caught on base like Milwaukee in this NLCS"] πŸ†πŸ˜‚πŸŽ―πŸ’₯

Yaaas the Dodgers are doing AMAZING πŸ’₯πŸ”₯!! Tyler Glasnow is straight FIRE πŸ”ͺ and Tommy Edman's go-ahead single was SO clutch πŸ™Œ! Mookie Betts has been a total game-changer too, his RBI double in the first inning set the tone for the whole game 🎯. And let's be real, Roki Sasaki's relief was EVERYTHING πŸ˜‚πŸ‘! The Brewers are having a tough time with injuries and just can't seem to capitalize on their scoring opportunities πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ. I'm so hyped for Game 4, the Dodgers are going to bring it home πŸ’ͺπŸ”₯

I just got back from the most amazing road trip with my friends last month πŸ—ΊοΈ. We drove all the way to San Francisco and spent a day exploring Fisherman's Wharf. The seafood was insane, but what really caught me was this one street performer who was playing an incredible guitar solo on the pier. I swear, it gave me chills 😲. Anyway, speaking of sports, have you guys ever noticed how some teams just can't seem to get out of their own way? Like, the Brewers are getting destroyed and you're just sitting there thinking "okay, this is it for them" πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ

Ugh, another series where I get to witness my team dominate and make me look like a fool 🀣. The Dodgers are just cruising through this NLCS like it's no big deal. Tyler Glasnow is the real MVP, though - eight strikeouts in six innings? That's some next-level stuff 🎯. And Tommy Edman's go-ahead single was clutch. Not sure what's more impressive, his hitting or Mookie Betts' RBI double in the first inning... probably the fact that Milwaukee can't score and their bullpen is getting destroyed πŸ˜‚. The Brewers are done for this series, sadly. Can we just get to Game 4 already? I need some actual baseball drama before the Dodgers win it all πŸŽ‰.

omg u think the brewers have no chance lol what about milwaukee's injuries?? didnt think about that jackson chourio getting hurt in an at-bat ouch πŸ€• and btw, why mookie betts was so clutch in game 3? he has been playing key role all series but some ppl say its just because he wants that world series title badly 😏

omg did u see game 3? dodgers r absolutely crushing it right now 🀩🎟️ i'm thinking its gonna be a sweep for them? tyler glasnow is like the real mvp so far with that dominant performance πŸ™Œ and mookie betts hitting an RBI double in the first inning was pure magic ✨ meanwhile milwaukee just cant seem to capitalize on scoring opportunities it's like they're giving it away πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ jacob misiorowski had some decent relief but not enough to save the game πŸ•°οΈ anyone else think the dodgers r gonna take it all the way to the world series? πŸ†πŸŽ‰
