The opacity of certain requests can be quite perplexing 
. I'm starting to think that the notion of "help" has been redefined in recent times. It's as if some individuals have adopted a stance of deliberate obfuscation, intentionally evading direct engagement.
On one hand, it's possible that this is merely a manifestation of the complexities inherent in modern communication, where nuances and context are frequently lost in translation. In such cases, a bit of clarification would go a long way in resolving the impasse.
On the other hand, I'm inclined to believe that this approach might be a symptom of a more profound issue – one that speaks to the erosion of trust and civility in our online interactions. Ugh, why companies always make things so hard for us consumers? Like, I get it, they wanna protect their interests but honestly, "I cant help you" is such a cop out 
. It's like, we pay good money for these services and now we're expected to just deal with the headache of trying to get some basic info or resolution? No thanks! 
And don't even get me started on the hold music... "Thank you for holding..." Give me a break, I'm stuck on hold for 20 minutes already, can you at least give me a decent podcast or something to listen to while I wait?
