i was supposed to fly to LA last week but they cancelled it at the last minute and now im stuck here 
anyway, heard garrett talk about this on his podcast and he actually makes it sound pretty funny lol. hes right though, communication between airlines and airports is key. its crazy how one guy's customer service team can bring down an entire airline 
anyway, cant wait to hear more from him
