Ukraine's Frontline Remains Stalemate as Russian Forces Intensify Fire
The Ukrainian military has reported little change to the frontlines, with heavy fire from Russian forces at various parts of the Donetsk region. According to the General Staff, over 45 enemy attacks were repelled in the past day, with a focus on Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Mariinka.
The General Staff also reported 17 air strikes and more than 20 strikes by multiple launch rocket systems. In the Bakhmut direction, Russian forces are attempting to take full control over the city, which has been under siege for months.
Oleksandr Syrskyi, commander of Ukrainian Land Forces, recently met with soldiers and commanders in Bakhmut who had successfully repelled Russian attacks. However, Syrskyi stated that the enemy is weakening and trying to cover up its failures with new propaganda claims about capturing key territory.
The fighting has intensified in the Avdiivka area, where Russian forces have surrounded the city on three sides. Social media videos show both sides engaged in heavy fire. Denis Pushilin, leader of the self-declared Donetsk People's Republic, claimed that Russian forces are still advancing in the direction but acknowledged that the situation is becoming increasingly difficult for them.

russia keeps saying they're winning but from what i'm seeing it's more like they're just throwing everything they got at the ukrainian army and hoping something sticks

it's intense
. The fact is, the conflict has been stuck in this rut for ages. No real progress being made by either side. And don't even get me started on Syrskyi saying Russian forces are weakening... yeah right, like he hasn't got anything better to do than spin his own military's PR

. The fact that the frontline has remained stalemate for so long is just heartbreaking. Everyone's lives are being affected, and it feels like there's no end in sight 
I'm getting so tired of all this war stuff... like what's going on in Ukraine? 
It seems like it's been stuck in this stalemate for ages, and I just don't get why the Russians aren't just moving on or something. 
And what's up with Denis Pushilin, claiming that Russian forces are advancing when it sounds like they're not doing so great?

instead of fighting for territory, should we focus on rebuilding & finding common ground? 
, each side trying to outmaneuver the other. The thing is, Ukraine's still holding on and fighting hard
