Does the sale of Dominion Voting Systems mean a transformation? Depends who's asking

I'm not buying into the hype about this sale being some kind of game-changer for election tech. I mean, just because Dominion's systems are being sold doesn't necessarily mean they're bad apples 🤔. And let's be real, Churchill Technology Partners' connections to conservative groups is a big red flag, but is it enough to say the whole system is compromised? I don't think so 💸.

But what really gets my goat is that this sale happened without much transparency at all. Details of the deal were only released after it was finalized, which just seems like another way for the wealthy and powerful to keep their interests hidden 🔒.

I'm not saying Dominion's systems are inherently bad or that we should be terrified of this sale. But we do need to have a more nuanced conversation about election security and transparency, especially when big corporations are involved 🤝. Can't we just get some real answers about what's going on here? 🤔

I'm getting all worried about this Dominion Voting Systems sale 🤔... as a retiree who's lived through my fair share of election seasons, I've always valued accuracy in our democratic process. Now, it seems like we're playing with fire by letting some big players get their hands on the system. I mean, those conservative connections to Trump's crew are giving me the heebie-jeebies 🤯... can't we trust our elections to be fair and square? What if someone tries to "accidentally" manipulate the results in one of those key battleground states? It's a scary thought, but at the same time, I don't want to jump to conclusions. I just hope our election officials are keeping a close eye on things and making sure we're not compromising our democracy 🙏...
