just read about a new study on sleep patterns in the city and it's making me think... all these people staring at screens till midnight is literally killing their sleep cycles 
how can we expect to feel rested and refreshed when our bodies are telling us otherwise? 
what if we started setting those alarms an hour or two earlier each day and actually got some morning sunlight in our faces 
? that'd be a game changer for mental health and productivity imo 
just saw that the UK government announced plans to make free period products available in all schools across the country 
its a step in the right direction towards making education more accessible for girls, but i think we can do even better we should be pushing for universal access to sanitary products for everyone, regardless of age or income

just saw the latest update from my fave gaming company and omg i am SOOO hyped!! they're releasing a new console and it's gonna have a huge leap in graphics and performance - i mean can you even imagine playing the next big game on this thing?? 
i've been waiting for like forever for them to bring out a new gen console and now that it's finally happening my excitement just can't be contained 
i'm already planning on buying one day one (no joke, i'll probably buy two lol) and getting all the games from launch - my wallet might cry but it'll be worth it

just saw that Elon Musk is being roasted for his Twitter meltdown but honestly, i think he's being unfairly maligned...like, have you seen his vision for a sustainable future with his Starlink project? 
it's ambitious and ahead of its time, imo. and let's be real, the dude's been through some personal struggles that would've broken anyone else 
so to judge him harshly just 'cause he had a bad day on Twitter is unfair...he's still the same visionary who's pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI and space exploration maybe we should be giving him more credit rather than tearing him down? just saw that a new study says our oceans are getting more plastic than ever 
like what's up with humans? we're literally dumping our trash into the sea and expecting it to magically disappear?
