I'm not sure if I love this move by JB Pritzker or totally hate it 
... like, can't we just find a middle ground on this whole immigrant debate? The guy's trying to protect people's rights and all that's cool, but isn't it also kinda undermining federal authority? 
And what about the impact on local law enforcement? Won't they have to deal with even more complicated situations now? 
On the other hand, I totally get why Pritzker is stepping up – those immigration crackdowns in Chicago were pretty brutal... so yeah, I guess it's a good thing he's doing something about it

... pritzker's statement feels like a much-needed balm for our collective anxiety... maybe it's time we start valuing empathy over division 
. It's time for politicians to stop playing politics with people's lives & focus on creating real solutions that benefit everyone!

. I mean, have you seen those stats on immigrant detainees? Like, most of them have ZERO convictions 
, it's just not fair to judge an entire group of people based on a few bad apples. This law is all about human rights and dignity, and I am HERE for it!
