Members of the British Royal Family, including Princess Kate, her husband Prince William and their three children, shone at Westminster Abbey in London for her annual "Together at Christmas" carol service.
The event was notable as the daughters of former Prince Andrew, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, were noticeably absent from the celebration.
According to royal commentator Neil Sean, Princess Catherine extended an invitation to both sisters to join Kate's annual carol service before their father's removal of titles by King Charles III.
"Princess Catherineβs project," Sean noted. "Above all, yes, the royal family wants to be seen as united amid what has been a very difficult year."
