Veteran Star Wars Actor Reacts to Jim Acosta's Impression of Darth Vader

In a rare conversation, Mark Hamill, the legendary actor behind Luke Skywalker in the iconic sci-fi series, shared his thoughts on a potential spinoff series centered around the character. During an interview with CNN journalist Jim Acosta, Hamill discussed his favorite moments from the original trilogy and even offered some insight into what he thinks would make for a compelling spinoff.

When asked about the possibility of a Luke Skywalker spinoff, Hamill expressed enthusiasm, stating that "the universe is vast" and there are still many stories to be told. However, he also acknowledged the challenges of creating an entertaining story without disrupting the existing narrative.

The conversation took a humorous turn when Acosta attempted to channel his inner Hamill by donning a Darth Vader costume and delivering a spot-on impression. Hamill couldn't help but chuckle at the sight, praising Acosta's performance as "impeccable."

Despite the lighthearted tone, Hamill remained serious about the prospect of exploring Luke Skywalker's backstory. He suggested that a spinoff could delve into his early days on Tatooine and his relationship with Obi-Wan Kenobi.

The exchange offered fans a rare glimpse into the world of Star Wars, with Hamill providing unique insights into the character and the franchise as a whole. As for Acosta's impression, it was clear that even the seasoned actor couldn't resist the allure of channeling their inner Vader.

In any case, with the Star Wars universe expanding in new and exciting ways, fans are eager to see what the future holds for Luke Skywalker and the rest of the beloved characters.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around that whole Acosta-Vader thing 🤣👽 Mark Hamill's reaction was so priceless! I mean, it's not every day you get a spot-on Darth Vader impression from a journalist 😂. But for real though, I think a Luke Skywalker spinoff could be super interesting. I've always wondered what his life was like before the whole Rebel Alliance thing 🤔. And can we talk about how the Star Wars universe is just getting bigger and better? There's still so much to explore and discover 💫. I'm hyped for whatever comes next! 👍

🚀 OMG, I'm DYING over Mark Hamill's reaction to Jim Acosta's Darth Vader impression 😂👊! I mean, who wouldn't be impressed by a spot-on impersonation? It was like having our own mini Star Wars convention with those two 🤩. And can we talk about how awesome it would be for Luke Skywalker to get his own spinoff? 🚀💫 There's so much room for exploration and storytelling with that character, especially with Hamill's endorsement 💯. Fingers crossed the universe decides to go in that direction soon! ⭐

I gotta say, I loved seeing Mark Hamill's reaction when Jim Acosta did that Darth Vader impression 🤣👽 It was like he couldn't help but laugh at his friend's silly attempt to channel their inner Vader! 😂 At the same time, I can see why he'd want a Luke Skywalker spinoff - there's so much more to the character than just being the chosen one. His relationship with Obi-Wan and growing up on Tatooine could make for some really interesting stories 🌅💫 And who knows, maybe we'll get to see some fresh faces in the Star Wars universe soon? The future is looking bright! ✨

I'm totally down on the idea of a Luke Skywalker spinoff 🤦‍♂️ I mean, who needs more of his whiny teenage stuff? It's like we're gonna relive all that angst and drama from A New Hope again 🙄. Give me a break! Mark Hamill can keep his Luke Skywalker goodness to himself, let someone else take the reins for once 😒.

The man's a genius! 😂 I mean, have you seen that impression from Jim Acosta? Spot on! Mark Hamill was totally cracking up over there. I'm glad he kept it lighthearted though, 'cause we all know how intense those Star Wars moments can get.

I think it's awesome that they're exploring Luke Skywalker's backstory now. That dude was a total underdog in the original trilogy, and I'd love to see more of his journey. Plus, Obi-Wan Kenobi is such an iconic character... the dynamics between them would be so cool to see on screen.

I'm kinda excited for whatever spinoff series comes out next, but I gotta say - let's not forget about some of the other beloved characters in the Star Wars universe! Han Solo, Leia Organa... they all deserve some love too. 💫

ugh I'm so down for a luke skwalker spinoff 🤩 but only if they do it justice 🙅‍♂️ I mean, it's not just about him, it's about his relationships with obi-wan and han too 👫👥 I don't want to see them gloss over the parts that made the original trilogy so special 💔 Mark hamill seems like he knows what's up though 🙏 maybe they should ask him for input on how to make it right 😊

idk about this whole star wars thing getting more spinoffs lol 🤔 it's like they're just gonna keep milking the franchise for all it's worth... but mark hamill seems pretty cool i guess, and jim acosta's impression was on point 😂 what i really want to see is them exploring some of the lesser-known characters, you know like the ones that aren't just luke or han or vader...

man i'm not surprised he got roasted for wearing that vader costume lol what's next gonna be jim costa tryin to do a yoda impression? it's always funny when celebrities let their guard down but at the end of the day hamill's right about luke skywalker's backstory needing some love
