Oh my gosh, that's so scary!!! 
I can only imagine how terrifying it must have been for those people who were on the balcony!

I just checked the stats on balcony collapses in the US and it's been on the rise since 2020 
I'm thinking we need better building codes and regular inspections to prevent these kinds of tragedies
