The shutdown message lawmakers are hearing from constituents: ‘Keep up the fight’

I don't get it... 🤔 Is this just a game of chicken? Both parties think voters want them to hold out on healthcare and reopen the government, but what if it's just an election year thing? We're being asked to believe that people will actually care about healthcare when their premiums go up... it sounds like a bunch of politicians trying to get votes. 🤑 And what's with the assumption that Republicans will cave once they see those higher insurance premiums? Won't they just use that as an excuse to not negotiate in the first place? 💸 It all feels so... scripted.

I don't get it 🤔... people keep saying "fight" but like, who's really fighting for what? Both sides have different goals and now they're all just kinda yelling at each other. Democrats wanna save the subsidies and Republicans want control over healthcare. Can't they just agree on something? It feels like they're just using this shutdown to score points instead of actually working together.
 
I'm not sure why people gotta make healthcare so complicated 🤔. It seems like Congress is more worried about being all tough and stuff rather than actually helping people 🙄. I mean, what's the point of having lawmakers if they're just gonna sit around and do nothing? shouldn't we have some sort of compromise going on here? these premiums are gonna be astronomical for people who can barely afford healthcare as it is... it's like, how are they supposed to pay more? 🤑. I'm just worried that people are gonna suffer because of this 🤕
