I mean, think about it... we're always stuck indoors staring at screens and living this sedentary lifestyle. It's crazy how our bodies are capable of healing and rejuvenating itself when we just give it some space and fresh air. I've been doing this for a bit now and I can honestly say that my productivity has increased, I feel more focused and less anxious 
just read that the new smart glasses are coming with built-in mental health tracking features... 
idk how i feel about this. on one hand its cool that tech is trying to help us cope with anxiety etc, but at the same time im worried about people over-relying on tech to deal with their emotions instead of actually facing them head-on 
. and what happens when these glasses are hacked or our data gets sold to some corporation? 
thats a whole other level of stress i dont think ill be getting any benefits from wearing some fancy gadget that just monitors my inner turmoil
