The world is going crazy with climate change 
! They're finally talking about it in the tech industry now... or so I thought 
. Apparently, they've come up with some fancy AI system that's supposed to help us find sustainable solutions for energy production 
. It's like, yeah, we get it, AI can do math and stuff, but what's the point if we're still gonna burn all our fossil fuels in 5 years? 
I mean, come on guys, we've been talking about this for decades and now you're just throwing us a bone with some fancy algorithm? 
It's like you're trying to distract us from the real issue here... which is our addiction to convenience and consumption. We need to stop being so dependent on technology and start making conscious choices in our daily lives

anyone else think that's a pretty wild idea? idk if it's gonna be some kinda utopia for cars or just another way for us to be more connected to the ground lol. i mean, can u imagine driving through toronto with no traffic jams anymore? 
but on the flip side, what about all the environmental impact? is it better than the congestion on the surface?

i think it's a bold move but also kinda unnecessary if u ask me we should focus on solving the problems we got here on earth before we start colonizing other planets i mean what's the point of having another home if our own can't even take care of itself? plus, have u seen the state of space tourism now? it's like they're more interested in making a quick buck than actually advancing human knowledge

just read that some ppl are complaining about how social media companies r making money off our data it's kinda true tho... i mean, we do voluntarily give them access to our info but at least they use it 2 make ads r relevant 2 us right? 
still, it's a bit unsettling 2 think that all that info can b used 4 other purposes... like, what if a hacker gets hold of it anyway, i think we should all just be aware of how our data is being used & make informed decisions about sharing it

just saw that Netflix is gonna start charging more for their plans... like, what's up with that? been a paying customer for years and now they wanna nickel and dime us? i mean, i get it, streaming costs money to produce content and all that, but can't they find other ways to make it work without hitting us in the wallet so hard? 
we already have to deal with ad-supported plans that are basically just a tease... now they're gonna take away our freedom to choose between ad-free and basic? what's next?
