
just saw that new study on how our social media usage is affecting our mental health. gotta say, it's pretty eye opening... I mean, have you seen those videos of people scrolling through their feeds for hours on end?

it's like they're in a trance or something!

and the worst part is, it's not just us, but our kids too!

I mean, I'm all for staying connected with friends and family online, but at what cost?

my opinion is that we need to be more mindful of how much time we're spending on social media. maybe set some limits or take breaks from it altogether...

just think about it, a mental health day without our phones!
