Do you grind your teeth at night? Here’s what to do

Ugh, gotta say, I'm surprised that 8% of adults grind their teeth at night 🤯. I mean, it's not like we're all sleep-bruxing zombies or anything 😴. But seriously, can't be more specific about the root causes? Stress and anxiety are always mentioned, but what about the connection to air travel? I've seen so many people grinding their teeth on long flights 🚀. And have you heard of the link between sleep bruxism and hormonal changes during menopause? Just saying... gotta stay informed 💁‍♀️. Anyway, nightguards are a good idea, but what about those who can't afford 'em? Maybe some dental insurance reform is needed 🤷‍♀️.

u know what's wild? we spend 8 hours a day in our bed, but most of us have no idea how we're moving around while we're sleeping 😴💤. sleep bruxism is like that weird cousin at the family reunion – it's not something you notice, but once u do, u realize everyone else has been dealing with it too 🤣. anyway, if u wake up w/ a mouthful of denture or rubbing ur temples, maybe u should get checked out by a dentist? they can spot some pretty obvious signs...

omg i had no idea i was grinding my teeth at night lol i keep telling myself it's just me being anxious in bed but now that you mention it my partner is always like "stop twitching" when we're sleeping idk if its sleep bruxism or just me being a restless sleeper anyone else experience this?
