Ugh I'm so mad about this but at the same time...I don't know how I feel about it . On one hand, those two women were attacked for wearing Western-style clothing in public which is like, totally unacceptable . I mean, who does that? But on the other hand, isn't Iran trying to modernize and all that? And wasn't there a law passed recently to allow women more freedom of choice with their clothes? I don't know...it just feels so complicated . And what's with the term "patriarchal norms"? Isn't that like, a bit too PC for its own good? Can't we just say it's a problem and leave it at that?
