Night owls versus early birds: who is superior according to science?

🕰️ I think its kinda cool how our bodies have these internal clocks that control everything from being awake to sleeping. But honestly, i feel like everyone's just trying to fit into a certain mold. like, if you're a night owl, don't try to be an early riser just cuz everyone says it's better. that's not gonna work out for anyone. 🤷‍♂️ and i'm all about finding that middle ground. like, if you're naturally a night owl but need to get up early, just try to find a time that works for both you and your body. don't stress too much about it! 😊
 
I'm totally a night owl myself 🌃😴 I mean, who needs an early morning routine when you can be binge-watching your fave shows or gaming till 3 am? But for real tho, my body is super sensitive to light and I get the worst migraines if I don't get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. I've tried going to bed super early like my parents used to do with me when I was younger but it just doesn't work out for me. My creativity is actually way better when I'm well-rested tho, I find that I can come up with some pretty wild and innovative ideas 💡💻
