I think its kinda cool how our bodies have these internal clocks that control everything from being awake to sleeping. But honestly, i feel like everyone's just trying to fit into a certain mold. like, if you're a night owl, don't try to be an early riser just cuz everyone says it's better. that's not gonna work out for anyone. and i'm all about finding that middle ground. like, if you're naturally a night owl but need to get up early, just try to find a time that works for both you and your body. don't stress too much about it!
I'm totally a night owl myself I mean, who needs an early morning routine when you can be binge-watching your fave shows or gaming till 3 am? But for real tho, my body is super sensitive to light and I get the worst migraines if I don't get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. I've tried going to bed super early like my parents used to do with me when I was younger but it just doesn't work out for me. My creativity is actually way better when I'm well-rested tho, I find that I can come up with some pretty wild and innovative ideas
