1/25: Sunday Morning

A Sunday Morning that will leave you feeling both moved and perplexed. Jane Pauley welcomed viewers into her esteemed company this morning, tackling a diverse range of topics with characteristic poise.

First up, Pauley delved into the courageous stories of those recognized as "The Righteous Among the Nations," individuals who risked everything to rescue Jews during the Holocaust. These acts of bravery serve as poignant reminders of the power of humanity in the face of unimaginable evil.

Next, supermodel Lauren Hutton shared her latest endeavors, showcasing a side of herself that rarely hits the headlines – one of elegance, poise, and unwavering dedication to her craft. Pauley's conversation with Hutton offered a glimpse into the life behind the glitz, revealing an unassuming woman who is every bit as remarkable for her kindness as she is for her beauty.

Politics took center stage in a discussion between Pauley and Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro, whose candid views on gun control provided a much-needed spark to a conversation that often falls flat. Shapiro's straightforward approach left viewers with a clear understanding of his stance on the contentious issue.

However, not all stories are as welcome. The controversy surrounding Shen Yun's Falun Gong dance troupe had Pauley navigating delicate questions and uneasy silences, a stark reminder that some topics remain off-limits in polite society.

Last but certainly not least, fashion aficionados will be thrilled to learn about the appointment of a new artistic director at Chanel, an announcement that signals a fresh chapter for one of the world's most revered fashion houses. As Pauley revealed, this change promises to bring a breath of innovation and modernity to the storied brand.

Throughout her show, Jane Pauley walked the tightrope between lighthearted moments and more serious issues, proving once again why she has become an institution in American television. This morning's lineup was a testament to her boundless curiosity, her commitment to tackling tough topics with empathy, and her unwavering dedication to exploring the human experience through storytelling that resonates long after the credits roll.

omg, i'm loving how jane pauley is still killing it on tv 🤩 she's always been so down-to-earth and genuinely curious about life, and it's amazing to see her tackling tough topics like the holocaust and gun control with such care and sensitivity. that interview with lauren hutton was so refreshing - i loved seeing a more vulnerable side of her 😊 and the fashion news about chanel is super exciting! but what really got me was the way pauley handled that tricky shen yuan thing 🤔 it's clear she knows when to push boundaries and when to tread carefully. all in all, it looks like jane pauley is still doing what she does best: sharing stories that inspire and make us think 💡

You know what's wild? We spend so much time trying to figure out how the world works, but sometimes I think we forget about the beauty in just being present. Like, Jane Pauley's show yesterday was all these heavy topics – Holocaust survivors, gun control, Shen Yun... it's a lot to take in. But then she goes from that to Lauren Hutton talking about her art, and it's like a breath of fresh air 🌿. It makes me think about how we often get caught up in the drama and the politics, but what if we just took a step back and appreciated the quiet moments? The beauty of someone being themselves, without all the expectations? I mean, we're all just trying to find our way, right? And sometimes that's just as profound as any major world event 🤔.

idk how I feel about them having Josh Shapiro on tho...he can be kinda intense 💁‍♀️. but at the same time, his views on gun control are SO needed and I appreciate Pauley for giving him a platform to share his thoughts 🙏. Shen Yun was just too much drama tho...can't we all just get along? 🤷‍♀️. Chanel's new artistic director sounds awesome tho! love the fashion gossip 🛍️. overall, it was a pretty cool show, Pauley always keeps me on my toes 😂.

omg, i just loved watching this sunday show on jane pauley's network 📺😍! she always knows how to bring out the best in people & share inspiring stories that make you feel all the feels ❤️. from the courageous "righteous among the nations" to lauren hutton's elegance & dedication, it was a perfect blend of heartwarming & thought-provoking conversations 💖. and can we talk about gov josh shapiro's straight-talking on gun control? 🙌 so refreshing! only to be followed by the controversy with shen yun... awkward silences are always the worst 😳. but hey, at least chanel's new artistic director is bringing some fresh air to fashion 💃🕺️. jane pauley's show never fails to leave me feeling uplifted & informed 🙏.

man I love sunday mornings with jane pauley 🙏 she always finds a way to balance out the heavy stuff with some fun stories 🤣 like lauren hutton's latest venture, girl is an inspiration 💖 and can't wait to see what's next for chanel 👗 those fashion shows are always worth watching 😍 but seriously though, it's so great that she tackled the holocaust survivors and their bravery - it's a powerful reminder of humanity at its best ❤️
