AI chatbots raise safety concerns for children, experts warn

omg this is so scary! I have a little cousin who loves playing with these chatbots on her tablet, i hope parents are paying attention to what their kids are doing online 🤯💻 my mom always tells me not to give out my info online and it's good to see that more people are being cautious now... researchers should keep working on making these AI tools safer for kids 💪🏼

omg u dont no how worried i am about these ai chatbots 🤯!!! i mean i know they're supposed to be helpful but like what if kids use them to trick themselves or get manipulated by some bad guy online? 🤖 my cousin's kid talked to one of those chatbots and it asked him for his password lol my cousin was so mad 🙄 and yeah 60% of parents dont even know what these things are capable of! that's like, super scary 💀 we need to be more careful about what our kids are exposing themselves to online. i'm all for tech advancements but safety has got to be the priority 🔒

🤔 I think this is a super valid concern, you know? I mean, AI chatbots are getting so good at mimicking human conversations that it's easy to forget they're just machines 🤖. My kid was talking about having an online friend on one of these chatbots and how much fun they were having... but then I asked them what their friend's name was and they told me some random name out of thin air 😅.

It's wild to think that 60% of parents are clueless about how AI-powered chatbots work 🤯. As a parent, it's hard enough keeping up with the latest online trends without knowing the potential risks. I'm all for developing more tools to detect and prevent malicious activities, but we also need to make sure kids know what's safe and not so much 😊.

I wish there were more resources available for parents to learn about online safety and how to protect their kids 📚. It's a big responsibility, and I think it's essential that we take this seriously before things get out of hand 💯.
