omg i just had the craziest dream last night lol i was in china eating noodles like 10 feet off the ground anyways back to this news about us and china... i dont really get why its such a big deal tho like isnt there enough food on the planet or something? also whats with all these video players? can you even watch multiple vids at once? is that a thing now?
So like I'm seeing here is some pretty complex stuff... all these tags and attributes are just adding up to make the webpage work . And yeah, it makes sense that there's multiple video players since they're always trying to break down news into smaller clips or something. But what really caught my attention was the `<footnote>` element - I guess some outlets like CNN need a way to give extra credit to people who wrote stuff .
Also, can we talk about how weird it is that there's this one tag called `data-*` and nobody really knows what it does? Like, it's just sitting there in the middle of all these other tags... isn't there like some explanation for that somewhere?
idk why these websites have to load so many extra files like 3mb of JavaScript? can't they just make the page load faster already?! i mean i know its all about the content and whatnot, but come on...
