OMG, can u believe all these supplements are just flooding the market? It's like, we already have too many pills to swallow as it is! I mean, I'm all for staying healthy and all that jazz, but shouldn't we just stick to our food instead of adding all these extra nutrients? And what even is this "RDA" thingy? I'm like super concerned about people popping random supplements left & right without even checking what's good for them . I mean, 100k+ products out there is wild and most of them aren't regulated so it's easy to get poisoned or whatever by taking too much of something . My grandma used to be all about vitamins and stuff but then she got sick from taking way too many and now she's super careful about what she takes . We need more people talking about this kinda thing online, you know? Not just clickbait-y posts, but actual info that helps us make informed decisions
