As public media funds officially dry up, local radio stations struggle

😒 So they're cutting off public media because they don't want any news that doesn't fit their agenda... sounds like some classic censorship moves 🤥. I mean, who needs objective reporting when you can just cherry-pick what you want to broadcast? It's not like we have a responsibility to stay informed about what's going on in the country. Let's all just stick our heads in the sand and pretend everything is fine... 😴

oh man 🤕 this is so bad for public media its like they're just gonna let the stations suffer and lose all their local news and stuff... i mean what about all those people who rely on them for info during emergencies 🌪️?

and it's not just like allegheny mountain radio or whatever, smaller stations in rural areas are really gonna be affected too 🏔️. they don't have that much financial clout to start their own news sources... what's gonna happen to all those communities then?

i feel like the government should just leave public media alone and not try to control it so much 🙅‍♂️. its not like they're biased or anything, it's just they gotta provide info to the people somehow... and now they're just gonna cut funding because of some political thing? 😡

🤔 this is crazy, gotta wonder if they're really trying to strangle local radio stations by cutting off their lifeline of federal funding... it feels like we're losing a piece of our communities' identity and access to info that's super crucial for rural areas 📻 seems like the White House is just using the 'liberal bias' card as an excuse to silence dissenting voices and stifle free expression 😒

Ugh this is so messed up 🤯 I cant believe they're going after our local radio stations like this what if there was a disaster and we didn't have anyone to alert us? We need those emergency broadcasts to stay safe. And now its all because of politics? The whole thing just feels like a huge mess...
