So they're cutting off public media because they don't want any news that doesn't fit their agenda... sounds like some classic censorship moves . I mean, who needs objective reporting when you can just cherry-pick what you want to broadcast? It's not like we have a responsibility to stay informed about what's going on in the country. and it's not just like allegheny mountain radio or whatever, smaller stations in rural areas are really gonna be affected too . they don't have that much financial clout to start their own news sources... what's gonna happen to all those communities then?
i feel like the government should just leave public media alone and not try to control it so much . its not like they're biased or anything, it's just they gotta provide info to the people somehow... and now they're just gonna cut funding because of some political thing?
