Ugh, I'm literally shaking with rage and disappointment . The thought of Jeanine Anez just waltzing out of prison is like a slap in the face to every single Bolivian who fought for democracy and justice under Evo Morales' leadership . I mean, we're talking about someone who essentially staged a coup against the democratically elected president of Bolivia . The idea that she got off scot-free just because of some technicality with her trial is infuriating . And don't even get me started on the timing of this ruling - it's like the court is trying to undermine the very foundation of democracy in Bolivia . Newsflash, Bolivians: your hard-won progress and fight for justice are still being undermined by the very institutions meant to uphold them . I'm so angry right now that I just want to scream .
I'm kinda confused about this ruling... Like, if they found out she broke some rules during her trial, why let her off with a free pass? Doesn't that just set a bad precedent? And what's up with the timing? Just when Morales is done leading the country for almost 20 years... It's all kinda messy. I know Anez has fans and all, but this seems like it could've gone both ways - either she gets to serve her time or she gets off scot-free. Either way, it's just a whole lot of drama in Bolivia right now .
I think this is a great opportunity for Bolivia to move forward and focus on building a brighter future . The fact that Jeanine Anez is being released from prison after the Supreme Court annulled her sentence shows that the justice system is taking steps to correct past mistakes and ensure that everyone is treated fairly . Of course, not everyone will be happy with this decision, but I believe it's an important step towards healing old wounds and promoting national unity . Anez has already shown that she's willing to put the needs of her country first, so maybe this is a chance for her to make amends and work towards positive change .
so like what happened here? anez was found guilty of doing some pretty bad stuff and now she gets to walk free? didn't that whole thing with morales just end all because of a bunch of protests? i mean, isn't it kinda weird that the court is saying they messed up her trial? what exactly did they mess up? wasnt there like evidence or witnesses or something?
Man... I just can't help but feel like this is one of those cases where the justice system goes haywire . I mean, Anez was found guilty of some pretty serious crimes back in 2022, and now suddenly she's being released from prison? It's like the whole thing was just thrown out the window . And to be honest, it kinda feels like Morales got a raw deal too... I'm all for accountability and due process, but come on, can't we get that right sometimes?
OMG, this is such a crazy turn of events!!! I'm literally shaking because Jeanine Anez just got let off scot-free after serving 10 yrs in prison for assuming power in Bolivia back in 2019. The Supreme Court ruled that her trial was full of errors and she shouldn't have been convicted in the first place , but I'm like... what about all those people who were affected by her actions? Don't get me wrong, Anez has her fans out there who think she did what was best for Bolivia , but this just feels like a huge miscarriage of justice to me . Can you imagine how Morales' supporters are feeling right now?
