I'm not buying all this hype around this live-fire military showcase 
. Governor Newsom's just trying to stir up some drama and take attention away from his own issues 
. I mean, come on, 250th anniversary celebration? Sounds like a great excuse for the White House to flex their muscles 
. And let's be real, it's gonna be super hard for ordinary people to trust that public safety is actually being prioritized when there are so many conflicting claims coming from different sides 
.And can we talk about how ridiculous it is to shut down a major highway because of some military event?
I'm all for keeping people safe, but shouldn't this be handled with a bit more finesse 
? It's not like the governor has anything better to do than to get involved in every little thing that happens in his state 
. And what about the impact on travelers and businesses who are already struggling? 
Not exactly the kind of 'common ground' I think Governor Newsom is trying to drum up here
