I don't usually comment but it's crazy to think about how far Summer McIntosh has come since she was 14 and making her Olympic debut in Tokyo 
. I mean, going from fourth place to breaking a world record in just three years is wild. She must be super focused and driven to train like that every day 
. And it's great to see her having the support of her family and friends – that's definitely giving her an edge. The way she described feeling the crowd cheering for the first time was so inspiring too

She's literally breaking records left and right and it's insane! I mean, to surpass Ariarne Titmus' record just days later? That's some serious skill on her part. And can we talk about how awesome it is that she had her family and friends in the stands cheering her on? That must've given her an extra boost of energy to cross that finish line!
