Its crazy how this is happening
. I mean, you gotta wonder what's going on behind closed doors at the Pentagon. Are they trying to control the narrative or something? It feels like a slippery slope, where they're just gonna keep pushing journalists around until we lose access to info altogether.
And what about press freedom, right? The First Amendment is in place for a reason
. I'm not saying CBS News wasn't already getting preferential treatment, but this new policy just seems like an overreach. I mean, are they really gonna start censoring stories or something?
It's also interesting that some outlets like One America News Network agreed to the new restrictions
. What does that say about their priorities? Are they just more concerned with getting access than with telling the public what's really going on?
I guess we'll just have to wait and see how this plays out
. But one thing's for sure – as a society, we need to be vigilant about protecting press freedom. If we start losing access to honest reporting, that's when things get seriously problematic

I feel bad for David Martin and the rest of the CBS News team who've been doing this for so long - they're basically being forced out of their own backyard! 
The fact that only One America News Network agreed to the restrictions is just crazy... does that mean we'll see more outlets trying to silence journalists in the future? 
I'm not surprised but sad to see CBS News closing its doors at the Pentagon, it's been a staple for so long! 
Those journalists who've spent years building relationships with officials have given us some incredible stories over the decades. David Martin is a legend and his commitment to telling valiant tales of courage on the battlefield will be missed 
we drove like 8 hours to this tiny beach town and it was literally paradise 
the sunset was insane and we ended up having a bonfire on the beach under the stars 
I swear it felt like we were in our own little world. anyway back to CBS News... I feel so bad for all those journalists who are losing their passes 
they've worked so hard to get that access to the Pentagon and now it's being taken away from them
