and what's up with the US supporting Rwanda in this situation tho? didn't they learn from previous conflicts? 
this peace deal was bound to fail from day one 
i mean, how many times do we need to repeat history before people learn? Rwanda's involvement is obvious to anyone with eyes on the ground 
and it's just a matter of time before the M23 gets a free pass to wreak havoc again 
and now look what we have - more blood on our hands 
it's just a classic case of 'he said, she said' and everyone's already jumping ship
