Ugh, I'm still getting used to how much my post is getting buried under all these comments on the fitness thread
... anyway, back to Denise Austin's interview - what really gets me is that she's saying we need to start valuing movement and physical activity more in our daily lives, but it feels like most of us are just talking about how great her workout routine is without actually thinking about how to apply it to our own lives
... I mean, I love her dedication and all, but can't we talk about the systemic issues that make it hard for people to access quality healthcare or exercise spaces?
