Do you grind your teeth at night? Here’s what to do

I got a friend who's always been a bit of a teeth grinder at night 💤🦷. Apparently, it's super common for people to do this without even realizing it 🤯! But I'm like "duh, why didn't you know about that?" 😂. It makes sense though, stress and anxiety can definitely contribute to it 🤔.

I think what's wild is how it can affect your oral health and overall sleep quality 🌙💤. And honestly, a custom nightguard sounds like a solid solution 🚫👍. But I'm also all about trying relaxation techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy 🧘‍♀️💆‍♀️. It's just one of those things where you gotta take care of your whole body, not just the teeth 😌.

I wish more people knew about this stuff, though 🤷‍♀️. Like, I know it's not super rare or anything, but still... 💁‍♀️.
 
Ugh 🤯 I'm so tired of all these features that just don't get it right 😒. Like, who thought it was a good idea for them to have a feature where you can track your sleep patterns, but only in limited detail? I mean, what's the point if you're not getting some actual data on how well you slept or what you were doing during those 8 hours 🤔.

And don't even get me started on the fact that they didn't include any built-in relaxation techniques or stress management tools to help with sleep bruxism 😴. It's like, yeah sure, we can tell you that you grind your teeth at night, but what are we supposed to do about it? 🤷‍♀️

And have you tried using a custom-made nightguard? Forget about it 🙄. It's like they're trying to make us pay for our own sleep problems. And the behavioral adjustments? More like suggestions, am I right? 😒
 
idk how ppl manage grinding their teeth at nite lol i mean i do it sometimes when im stressed or bored but i dont even realise its happenin 🤷‍♀️ i think its pretty weird that we dont get more info on this stuff maybe cuz its so common? anyway, have u ever heard of those nightguards that protect ur teeth? my aunt got one and her teeth r still intact lol guess thats a good thing?
