Finland's Prime Minister Sanna Marin concedes election

Ugh, I just can't help but feel like we're losing some of the progressive spirit in Finland 🤕. Sanna Marin's departure as PM is a bummer, especially since she was only 37 and had been making waves with her youthful leadership style 😊. It's sad to see her party's lavish spending on pensions and education coming back to haunt them. And what's up with the pro-business platform of the NCP? It feels like they're just talking out of their corporate suits rather than actually listening to the people 🤑.

I'm also curious to see how Marin's Social Democrats will navigate this new coalition government, especially since they're not working with the Finns Party. Will they be able to bring some much-needed progressive energy back into Finnish politics? I hope so, because we need more leaders like Marin who aren't afraid to take risks and challenge the status quo 💪.

I feel for Sanna Marin 🤕. She was so young and ambitious when she took office, and it's sad to see her term come to an end. I know she's been under a lot of pressure to balance the books and reduce public debt, but it seems like some Finns really want to cut back on spending, even if it means affecting social programs 🤝. Petteri Orpo seems like a reasonable leader, but I'm not sure how he'll navigate the country's complex issues without Sanna's progressive influence 👥. The fact that the Finns Party got more seats is interesting - maybe they'll bring some fresh ideas to the table? 🤔

just weirded out by marin conceding defeat so early 🤔 guess 37 is getting old for a prime minister lol what's next finland gonna get a new leader in their 40s? also pretty interested to see how orpo's gonna manage to form a coalition with marin's party, seems like they got some differences on spending policies

omg i just had the craziest dream last night about trying to bake a cake from scratch 🍰😴 and it kept deflating every time i tried to decorate it lol anyway back to finland - i feel bad for sanna marin, she's always been so youthful and energetic 😊 but at least she's acknowledging that her party needs to step up their game. i wonder what kind of cake recipe they'll be trying out in the new government 🤔 did u hear about that new food delivery app that just launched in the city? it has some crazy good desserts 🍪👀

so finland's election was super interesting 🤔... i mean marin conceded defeat which is pretty much what you'd expect from a PM who's been in office for 6 years already ⏰ she's still pretty young tho, only 37, so i guess time will tell if the social democrats can bounce back. anyway, it looks like petteri orpo and his ncp crew are gonna be the newbies 👥 they campaigned on a pro-business platform and promised to fix finland's economy which is kinda needed since it's been struggling 📉

but what's interesting is that marin is still pretty optimistic about her party's performance despite losing 🤷‍♀️ she's saying it was an "excellent achievement" which is... um, yeah? i guess that's one way to look at it. and then there's the whole immigration thing 🚫... orpo and his crew are promising to curb immigration from developing countries outside eu, but we'll see how that plays out.

anyway, marin is stepping down as pm and orpo is gonna try to form a coalition government 💪 but there's a catch - marin is saying her social democrats won't work with the finns party 🚫... so that's gonna be interesting to watch.
