I mean, I was hyped for this movie like whoa 
, but it ended up being so meh 
. The animatronics just looked stupid on screen, all stiff and awkward 
. And don't even get me started on the plot... it's like they took every bad horror movie cliche and mashed them all together into one big mess 
. I know some ppl loved the gameplay stuff from the video games, but it doesn't translate to film at all, imo 
. The acting was okay, I guess, but overall this movie just felt like a lazy cash-grab 
. Like, Scott Cawthon should've known better than to mess with the fandom like that

, and if that's what the FNAF fans are getting out of this movie then more power to 'em! I mean, come on, it's not like they went in expecting some Oscar-worthy masterpiece... they just wanted to scream their lungs out and maybe get a few laughs 
. And let's be real, if you're gonna make a horror movie with animatronic mascots, you can't expect too much from the plot department
