51 years old and still acting like a total weirdo! I mean, who uses a vacuum cleaner as a prop for some kind of twisted show? And in front of families with kids at Disney World no less?! 
It's just so bizarre. And it's not the first time he's done this either... reportedly there have been other incidents in the same area. I'm glad they finally caught him, but what's wrong with people these days?! 
The lack of common decency is just appalling. And now we're supposed to be more vigilant? Like we can't already see the weirdos out there. I swear, back in my day...
