Fly around or make out with your crush: how to start lucid dreaming

I'm not convinced this whole lucid dreaming thing is more than just a bunch of hooey 🤔. I mean, how reliable can these "techniques" be, really? You're basically training yourself to believe you're actually doing something when you're not even sure what's real and what's not. And don't even get me started on the risks – sleep disorders, parasomnia... that sounds like a recipe for disaster 😬.

And have you seen those videos of people "controlling" their dreams? It just looks like they're faking it for the sake of drama 🎥. I'd rather stick with what I know: good old-fashioned reality. Give me a solid night's sleep over some pie-in-the-sky promise of flying or seduction any day 🛋️.

omg u guys i tried lucid dreaming over the wknd 2 & it was CRAZY!! i set an intention every night b4 bed but didnt really make it happen till i looked at my credit score lol who knew that wud be the thing 2 wake me up? anyway i had some epic dreams but it felt so real rn i think i might've even cried in one of them 🤯 i wanna try again tho, maybe with a bit more focus this time 🤞 u guys wanna share ur lucid dreaming experiences?? i wanna know if its 4 real or just a myth 😂

omg, i'm so down for trying this lucid dreaming thing 🤯 i've always been fascinated by my dreams and would love to have more control over them. the wake-back-to-bed technique sounds like a good starting point - i might give it a shot tonight and see how it goes 😴. also, i had no idea that scientists were using lucid dreaming for research purposes, that's wild 🤯. gotta make sure i'm healthy enough to try this out tho, don't wanna mess with my sleep disorders 🙅‍♀️. can anyone share their experiences with lucid dreaming? how did you get started and what are some tips and tricks? 💡
