Sumo's back in the UK 🤩 and it's like, so cool! I went to the tournament at the Royal Albert Hall with my mates and we were all hyped from the get-go. The energy was electric, especially when those massive wrestlers are smashing each other on stage 😲. I mean, who wouldn't want to watch humans squishing each other around? It's like the most intense, visceral sport ever.

I'm glad to see that it's bringing in a new crowd – young people who might not have been into sumo before but got hooked after watching it live 📺. The challenges are real, though – I've heard there's some pretty nasty stuff going on behind the scenes... bullying, match-fixing, all that jazz. But from what we saw at the tournament, it didn't seem like that was really a thing when we were there. Everyone seemed super friendly and welcoming to fans. Fingers crossed they can keep up the good vibe! 🤞

I'm loving how sumo wrestling is gaining traction in London! 🤩 I mean, who wouldn't want to watch those massive wrestlers crushing each other on stage? It's like a real-life game of Jenga, but with more hair pulling 😂.

But seriously, it's awesome to see fans from all over coming together to support this unique sport. The fact that they're able to look past some of the more serious issues facing sumo, like bullying and sexism, just goes to show how passionate and accepting the community is.

I'm also stoked that the BBC is giving sumo a platform by broadcasting the tournament online. More people should get to experience this incredible sport! 💻

I'm loving this resurgence of interest in sumo wrestling! I mean, who wouldn't want to watch some massive dudes grapple on stage? 🤸‍♂️ It's not just for old school fans anymore, like me 😂. I've seen vids online that'll get you pumped up for the match, and now it's gonna be live at the Royal Albert Hall! That's awesome. And yeah, I heard they're tackling some tough issues like bullying, sexism, etc... it's good to see the org is addressing these problems head-on.

I was chatting with some friends last week about watching sumo for the first time, and we were all on the edge of our seats during one match 🤯. The energy in that hall must've been electric! And it's cool to hear from people like Caspar and Megha that they felt welcome, despite some stuff being a bit shady in the past. Fingers crossed it keeps growing...

sumo's making a comeback in london 🤣 can't say I'm surprised, all those young lads getting smashed by giant dudes is basically just like trying to score on fortnnite with your mum's old laptop lol. but seriously though, it's awesome that people are into it again. love how the media's all like 'oh sumo's so ancient and traditional' but the kids are out there eating it up like poutine at a canada day party 🍴🎉. also gotta give props to the BBC for trying to make the tournament more accessible, i mean who doesn't love watching wrestling on telly with your mates? just hope they don't get too many complaints about the commentary though 😂

sumo wrestling is so cool 🤩 i mean who would've thought it'd be all the rage in london now lol? i watched this one video of a sumo match and it's like nothing i've ever seen before - these guys are massive and they just kinda... smash into each other 🔥 and then this whole thing about bullying and sexism being major issues in the sport is really interesting... i feel bad for the wrestlers who have to deal with that but on the flip side, it's awesome that fans are speaking out and saying they feel welcome at these events 🙌
