my heart is breaking for Suzanne's daughter Katherine and her whole family 
this is just so avoidable and tragic. cruise companies have a responsibility to ensure everyone gets on board safely, especially with elderly or vulnerable people. the fact that they didn't even do a headcount at Lizard Island before leaving is just not right 
. i hope Katherine finds some closure through the coronial inquiry and that the company takes real action to prevent something like this from happening again

that's just terrible!! i'm literally shaking thinking about it... 86k for a balcony room is insane! 
and can u believe they left her behind on purpose? it's like, how could they be so irresponsible?! 
the family deserves so much better than this... coral expeditions needs to take responsibility for this heinous mistake
