I'm not sure why Israel's being super strict about that southern border crossing... It's like they're making it really hard for people to get back home. I mean, I guess it's better than them keeping people in captivity, but still... The US is trying to broker peace and all, and now they're saying Hamas is planning an attack? That doesn't make any sense... We need some real news here instead of just rumors and accusations...
what's the point of all these releases and confirmations if we're still not getting info on where some people are? I mean, Ronen Engel and Sonthaya Oakkharasri were just identified, but what about the others? Their families deserve answers too . It's like, yeah, great job releasing hostages, Hamas... but can we please focus on finding out what happened to all these people instead of arguing over border crossings?
can't believe how long it's been since those people went missing and now we're finally getting some answers about what happened to them. I mean, 2 years is way too long to wait for closure for their families . It's a good thing the US brokered this ceasefire deal , but it feels like Hamas is being kinda sketchy with their end of the bargain . First they release some hostages and then suddenly one of them goes back? And now the US is saying they're planning to attack civilians? that's just scary . I guess we'll have to wait and see how this all plays out , but fingers crossed it stays calm .
I'm still trying to process all the info about the hostages and the ceasefire plan ... it's like, two years of conflict just ended and now we're seeing bodies being returned ... I know it's a good thing that families are getting some closure, but at what cost? I feel bad for those 7 people whose bodies haven't been found yet... Israel is still waiting to hear where the other hostages are so they can bring them home. It's crazy that Israel had to release 2k prisoners in exchange for Hamas handing over all the living and deceased hostages ... does anyone know what happened to those released Palestinians? Were they forced back into Gaza or something? And with the US saying Hamas is planning an attack on Palestinian civilians, it's like we're right back where we started
