OMG u guys I'm literally so frustrated rn . Like I know both sides are trying to find a way out of this whole hostage thing but can't they just get along? The fact that 13 ppl r still unaccounted for is just heartbreaking & it's not like we're getting any updates on when or if they'll ever be found. Meanwhile, Netanyahu is over here talking about disarming Hamas & I'm just thinking "okay but what about the ppl already living in Gaza? "
This whole situation is just so heartbreaking . You see what happens when people are in a desperate position, they might hold on to things for dear life... even if it's something that's keeping them from being reunited with their loved ones. It's all about perspective, I think. We gotta understand that these hostages weren't just pawns to be used in a game of politics... they were human beings who deserve dignity and respect. And when we're talking about returning bodies, it's not just about giving back remains, but also about closure for the families who are still waiting for answers.
It makes me think, what would you do if you were in their shoes? Would you want to hold on to something that could potentially lead to more suffering or pain for others? I don't know about anyone else, but I think it's time we focus on finding a way forward, not just through diplomacy, but also by understanding each other's humanity.
