How can we defend ourselves from the new plague of 'human fracking'?

๐Ÿ™„ I don't think humans are that addicted to their screens or social media... like, come on, people have been staring at TVs and magazines for years without it being an issue ๐Ÿ˜ด. And as for "human fracking", that's just a fancy term for us being slightly lazy and not wanting to put down our devices ๐Ÿคทโ€โ™‚๏ธ. We're not being exploited, we're just enjoying some much-needed relaxation time after a long day ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿ’ป. The whole idea of needing to "resist" this trend is just paranoid ๐Ÿ™„. We don't need to join some kind of "freedom movement" to control our attention... that's just common sense ๐Ÿ˜‚. And by the way, what's wrong with people being entertained and connected 24/7? That sounds like a pretty awesome life to me ๐Ÿคฉ!

๐Ÿค” I'm so done with my phone ๐Ÿ“ฑ๐Ÿ˜ฉ, but at the same time, I know it's not going anywhere. I mean, have you seen the stats on how much time we spend staring at screens? It's crazy! 70% of people owning a smartphone and half our waking hours spent on it is just wild. And don't even get me started on social media ๐Ÿค–... it's like, can't we just take a break from all this endless info? But what really gets me is how tech companies are exploiting us, treating us like products to be bought and sold ๐Ÿ’ธ.

We need to wake up and realize that our attention is the real currency here ๐Ÿ”. We're losing touch with what makes life meaningful ๐ŸŒŽ. I'm not saying we should get rid of phones or social media entirely (although, let's be real, sometimes those things just need a break ๐Ÿ˜ด), but we do need to be more mindful about how we use them.

It's time for us to take control and create a new politics that values our humanity ๐Ÿ’•. We can't keep living in this world where our attention is commodified ๐Ÿ“Š. I'm curious to see if we'll rise up and demand change or just keep scrolling through our feeds ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ’โ€โ™€๏ธ...
