'I dreamed of becoming a K-pop idol - but I felt like I was scammed'

😕 I'm really worried about these girls, you know? They went through so much trauma and it's just not right that they have to face all this alone. The fact that they were made to sign contracts without knowing what was going on is just heartbreaking. I mean, who does that? 😱 It's like the company thought they could just sweep everything under the rug because of the fame and fortune involved.

And you're right, the language barrier and unfamiliar legal system do make it tough for them. But I think companies have a responsibility to promote these training programs in a way that's transparent and safe for everyone involved. Social media is like a double-edged sword - on one hand, it can be amazing for exposure, but on the other hand, it can also be used to hide stuff.

I just wish the police would've taken these allegations more seriously from the start 🤔. It's not okay to drop a case because of lack of evidence and then let the girl suffer in silence for years. I hope Elin gets justice soon 💪.

We need more accountability and protection for these young women! 🤬 If a company can't handle its own employees, how are we supposed to trust them with our entertainment? Not sure what the solution is yet, but I know it's gotta be better than this 💪
 
idk how companies like this can just brush off allegations of abuse like they did with Elin... 2 girls went through hell & now Miyu's still trying to pursue her dreams 🤕. language barriers & unfamiliar laws are already tough for these girls, but having a camera in the dorm & practice rooms without their consent is a whole different level of messed up 👀. companies need to take responsibility for promoting these training programs & making sure their K-pop idols are safe & respected 💁‍♀️. Elin's lawyers gotta appeal or something... can't just let this slide 🙄.

I mean, if they installed CCTV cameras in a dorm without consent, that's just plain creepy... 😳
 
OMG u guys this is soooo messed up 🤯 I mean idk what's more shocking the fact that some1 touched them inappropriately or the fact that they were like installed CCTV cameras in their own dorm tho that's just wrong 😡. And I feel bad for Miyu she's still chasing her dreams after all she's been thru 👏.

I think it's super important for companies to take responsibility 4 promoting their training programs 2 avoid situations like this 🤝 especially on social media where they can't hide behind "just business as usual" vibes 😬. And the law system needs 2 step up its game too, I mean who gets dropped from a case just cuz there's no evidence? That doesn't seem right 🙅‍♀️.

We need 2 create a safer space 4 these young women, especially in industries where they're already vulnerable 💖. It's time 4 change! 💪
 
😔🎤 people talkin bout how hard it is for girls tryna make it big in kpop 🤷‍♀️ they gotta deal with language barriers, new cultures, and now this 🚫 CCTV cameras in dorms? that's just low ⏰ also companies like these r all over social media promoting their programs but dont really care about the safety of their trainees 📺👀 hope Elin gets justice 😊
