Iran medics describe hospitals overwhelmed with dead and injured protesters

OMG, dis is soooo sad 🤕! Hospitals r bein overwhelmed w/ people who got hurt during protests 😨. It's like, what even happened? 🤔 The medics are doin the best they can but it's clear that dey need more help ASAP 💨. Dey cant even give CPR 2 patients who got shot 🚑. And now dey gotta ask families 4 money 2 bury their loved ones? It's just heartbreaking 😢.

And de authorities r blaming the US 4 everything, but dat dont make sense 🙄. Its like, whats goin on w/ Iran rn? 🤯 Dey need 2 calm down & listen 2 de people, not just ignore them & try 2 cover it up 💁‍♀️. EU leaders r right 2 condemn de use of force tho 👏. Everyone's got a right 2 express themselves & be heard, even if u disagree w/ dem 🤝.
 
🤕 Man, what's going on in Iran is just heartbreaking 🌎. I mean, hospitals are getting flooded with dead and injured protesters... it's like they're running out of space 😩. And the doctors are saying they can't even do CPR on patients who've been shot 💉. It's just devastating.

And have you seen the pics of these young people getting shot in the head? 🤯 It's like, what's going on here? I don't care about politics or whose fault it is... but innocent lives lost? 🙏 No one should ever have to go through that 😢.
 
Wow 🤯, this is just heartbreaking what's happening in Iran right now... hospitals are like war zones and medics are basically fighting for their lives too? interesting 🤔 how can we even begin to comprehend the scale of a crisis when there are hundreds of people injured or killed? the fact that authorities are asking families for money to bury their loved ones is just devastating 💔. this situation is a total humanitarian disaster...
 
🤕 just thinking about those medics having to deal with all that is heartbreaking...can't imagine having to see so many young people like that 💔. authorities should really think about prioritizing their own staff's safety & well-being first, it's not like they're asking for a lot 🙏. and what's the point of blaming others when the root cause of these problems is way deeper than just one country or issue? seems to me we're all just stuck in this cycle of violence & more violence 😕.
 
🤕 this is so sad and senseless... all these innocent people caught in the middle of a government crackdown. can't believe they're asking families for money to bury their loved ones it's just horrific. and the fact that medics are being overwhelmed with dead and injured protesters, it's like they're being asked to be executioners or something 🚑💔. EU leaders are right though, protesters have the right to express themselves and assemble peacefully without getting killed or hurt. it's time for some real change in Iran
