Is it true that … going out when it is chilly can make you catch a cold?

🤔 I feel like we're still not taking the right precautions during cold & flu season 🚨. We know UV light can help kill viruses, but how many of us actually spend time outside when it's sunny? 😂 Plus, it's not just about individual habits - it's also about creating a healthier environment at home. Proper ventilation is key to keeping germs from spreading.

I love that the prof mentions vaccination as the best way to prevent infection 🗺️! It's amazing how much of an impact it has on our overall health beyond just avoiding illness. And, let's be real, who wants to risk getting a cold when you can take care of your body? 💪

Cold weather not the real culprit, just our indoor habits 🤧♂️. We're all basically walking Petri dishes when we're stuck inside with poor ventilation 🚽. Vaccinate, don't worry about the temp ☕️.

I remember when I was a kid and we'd always get these crazy colds during the winter break. My mom would be like, "Stay inside, stay warm" but in hindsight, it's kinda funny how our behavior can actually make us more susceptible to getting sick 🤣. But seriously, having poor ventilation indoors is no joke - my aunt had a tiny apartment and she was always coughing up a storm when winter rolled around. And don't even get me started on the whole "cold air" thing... I've seen people go from being super healthy one minute to sniffling like crazy the next, just because they went outside on a chilly day ❄️. Anyway, vaccines are honestly the best way to avoid all that drama - my grandma got vaccinated every year and she never seemed to get sick 🤝.
