I'm not sure if this is just another PR stunt from Israel to calm down the situation or if they're actually serious about letting people out... it seems too convenient for my taste . They've been saying they want to help, but their actions speak louder than words . Those wounded and sick individuals have been waiting for ages, and I'm worried that when the dust settles, they'll be stuck in limbo without any guarantee of returning home . The EU is involved, which is a good thing, but what about the 80,000 Palestinians who left Gaza during the war? Are they just going to be forgotten?
can we talk about the Rafah crossing for real tho? it's like israel got its priorities all mixed up rn. on one hand, they're saying it's ready to resume ops but then you see them killing ppl just a day after announcing it... meanwhile 22k ppl are waiting for med care and ed and these ppl are literally dying over here... what's the holdup?
they're trying to open the crossing but still have all these conditions in place... sounds like just another way to keep them trapped. 22k people waiting for medical care abroad, it's insane that they even need a "screening facility" at this point. what's the real motive here?
Wow people suffering so much for medical care Egypt finally opening Rafah crossing but only for foot travelers I'm still hoping for better future for all Palestinians
i dont think israel is doing this bad thing ... theres a lot of politics involved here... gaza's in such a bad situation already, with thousands waiting for med care... its not like israel's just gonna let people leave for no reason... they gotta make sure who's coming back & whats good for the region... critics say israel's trying to control everything, but what if thats just a precaution?
Umm... so like Gaza has this crossing right? And it's gonna open up again, but only for people walking or something . I'm just worried about all those sick ppl waiting for med care outside of Gaza... like what if they can't get back in after they leave? Isnt that super stressful for them?
And isnt there this org Doctors Without Borders and Israel is mad at them cuz they dont give out the right info? Like whats wrong with giving info? Im just curious about how all these different orgs are dealing with this situation... like who's in charge of med aid now?
