The Israeli military announced on Sunday that it would resume enforcing the ceasefire in Gaza after launching air strikes in response to what it called Hamas's "blatant violation" of the deal. The strikes began in southern Gaza after the Israeli military said that terrorists fired an anti-tank missile and gunfire toward its troops in Rafah, killing two soldiers.
The incident occurred hours before a planned visit to Gaza by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. No official statement was given on whether this would be affected by the renewed strikes.

. I remember how we were glued to our screens, watching the news unfold, and wondering when it would all end. 
The cycle of violence always seems to repeat itself, with the Israeli military launching strikes and Hamas responding with more rocket fire... it's like Groundhog Day, but the stakes are so much higher

. Like, how do you plan for peace when there's always going to be another crisis brewing?!

The fact that Israel feels the need to bomb Gaza again after the ceasefire is just so frustrating. I mean, two soldiers get killed and suddenly it's all about enforcing the deal? What even does that mean?! 
Like, what's the point of any diplomacy if you're just gonna go and drop bombs on someone else's territory? 
I'm so tired of these cycles of violence... We need to find a better way to resolve our conflicts without hurting innocent people. 
I'm also kinda concerned about what's gonna happen with Blinken's visit now - is it gonna get cancelled or delayed because of all this violence? 
i mean i know we should support israel and all but come on who shoots an anti tank missile at ppl they're not even soldiers 
. Blinken should be like, "Hey, let's get in there and have a chat about this" instead of just showing up & leaving 
... I mean, have you guys seen the stats on ceasefire breaches lately? Apparently, the last ceasefire deal was breached like 37 times already 
! The Israeli military is trying to enforce it now, but honestly, it feels like a never-ending cycle 
. According to Google Trends, searches for "Gaza conflict" are up by 50% this month compared to last year

also, can we talk about how weird this whole situation is? like, hamas says they didn't do anything but the israeli military is saying they did 
i hope everything gets sorted out soon 
. I mean, on one hand, I get why Israel would want to take action to protect its soldiers - it's their job, after all

i hope the us sec of state guy blinken gets there safely and can do something about this mess i feel bad for him having to deal with all this drama
